Junior Lifeguards is designed for children and teens ages 7-15 with an emphasis on promoting self-esteem and team building. Junior Lifeguards will have fun playing various beach games while creating new friendships.

Students participating in this program will gain valuable knowledge on:

• Surf Lifesaving Techniques
• Ocean and Beach Safety
• Ocean Swimming Skills
• Beach and Ocean Ecology
• Basic First Aid Skills
• Surfing, Body Surfing, and Body Boarding
• Jr. Lifeguard Competitions

This is a 3-week program with two sessions that go from the last week of June to the last week of July at Del Mar Beach, Camp Pendleton.

Times are Mon - Thu, 9am - 2pm.

Sessions with recognized holidays will have an hour added to each day during the week for the week of the holiday.
